Successful Interview
(Interview may be waived for applicants who has successfully completed any preceding WSQ Certificate level(s).)

At least one of the following proficiency levels in English:
- Pass in GCE ‘N’ Level English
- Band 5.0 in IELTS
- Minimum score of 61 points (internet-based total) in TOEFL
- Pass in SHATEC English Test
- Pass in SHATEC Certificate in Basic and Hospitality English / SHATEC Certificate in Hospitality English
OR
A pass in any preceding WSQ Certificate level(s) will also be recognised as fulfilment of English proficiency requirements.

- Understand the tourism landscape in Singapore and evolving guests’ needs
- Adopt current and emerging technologies in the industry to enhance event operations
- Develop positive working level relationships to support project implementation with stakeholders
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyse existing systems and processes to propose and support implementation of innovation initiatives
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for annual financial and business planning within the business unit
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across different marketing channels to promote online presence
- Conduct negotiations to establish win-win outcomes for the organisation
Certification
Students who successfully complete the programme will be awarded the
Diploma in Tourism (Event Management and Operations) by SkillsFuture Singapore.
